Question 1

How do robot OEMs find suppliers of force-torque sensors on Indax?

Accepted Answer

OEMs on the network ask for vendors by part, process and location, including through the Indax MCP from the AI tools they already use. Suppliers of force-torque sensors who have connected can answer with the lead times, quotes and delivery dates they choose to share.

Question 2

What is Indax?

Accepted Answer

Indax is a commercial network for industrial companies. Robot OEMs and their suppliers connect the systems they already use, then find each other, quote, order and track delivery on one shared record.

Question 3

Is Indax an AI optimization service?

Accepted Answer

No. Indax is a commercial network. The AI visibility score is a free check of how your company shows up on the open web. Indax does not sell AI search optimization, and joining the network does not change how other AI tools describe you.

Question 4

How do robot OEMs find suppliers on Indax?

Accepted Answer

OEMs ask for vendors through the Indax MCP, by part, process and location, from the AI tools they already use. Suppliers who have connected and permissioned their data can answer with lead times, quotes and delivery dates.

Question 5

What does a supplier need to connect?

Accepted Answer

Its CRM, email and ERP. Nothing is migrated, and there is no new system to run.

Question 6

What can an OEM see?

Accepted Answer

Only what the supplier permissions: for example lead times, instant quotes and delivery dates. Everything else stays inside the supplier's own systems.

Question 7

Is there a fee on each order?

Accepted Answer

No. Suppliers pay the same subscription as buyers, with no fee on the order and no charge per seat.

Question 8

How is the score worked out?

Accepted Answer

An AI agent reads your website to work out what you sell. A second agent, told the product but not your name, writes 12 questions robot OEM buyers might ask, and a third answers each one. Up to 70 points come from how often you are named, 15 from your share of voice against competitors, and 15 from what we could find on your site. The score is a free check, separate from the network. It is an indicator from an AI research agent, not a measure of ChatGPT or other tools, and it checks the open web, not the Indax network.

Question 9

Does AI name my force sensors company today?

Accepted Answer

The free score checks this. An AI agent reads your website to work out what you sell, a second writes questions a robot OEM buyer might ask about products like force-torque sensors, and a third answers them, so you can see whether your company comes up.
