This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, Email address, First name and last name, and Usage Data.
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. The Google tag (gtag.js) is loaded on all pages of indax.co and app.indax.co. This tag may set cookies on your device and collect information about your interactions with our website, including page views, button clicks, and time spent on the site.
When you submit a demo request or contact form, we may use Google's Enhanced Conversions feature. If you provide your email address, it is hashed using the SHA-256 algorithm on your device (client-side) before being transmitted to Google. This means your raw email address is never sent to Google. The hashed value is used solely to improve conversion measurement accuracy and to match your activity to an existing Google account for measurement purposes. No raw personally identifiable information is shared with Google through this process.
We use Google Consent Mode v2. By default, all advertising and analytics storage is set to denied until you explicitly grant consent through our cookie banner. If you decline consent, Google will still receive cookieless conversion pings that help model aggregate conversion data without identifying you individually. You can change your consent preferences at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for indax.co.
To provide a seamless experience, we use Google's cross-domain linking between indax.co and app.indax.co. When you navigate between these two domains, a temporary parameter (_gl=) may be appended to the URL to stitch together your session across both properties. This parameter does not contain personally identifiable information.
We may use first-party behavioral signals (such as visiting the pricing page or opening the demo modal) to build remarketing audiences in Google Ads. These signals are collected from your interactions with our website only, without uploading any customer lists. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings.
