A query is any structured request to the Indax context layer — whether from your team, an AI agent, or an automated workflow. Reads, searches, and lookups each count as one query.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we prorate any difference.
What happens if I exceed my query limit?
You'll be billed at the per-query overage rate for your plan. We'll notify you as you approach your limit so there are no surprises.
